}To cite a single page, extend the URL with its route and keep the review date of the version you read: pages are revised, and a citation without a date points at whatever the page has since become. To cite one claim and not a whole page, use the anchor. A level, a stage, a resource class, a principle, a test question and a glossary term each carry an id, and the id is part of the URL: https://autonomousresourceplanning.com/maturity/#record is the first level and will not become anything else.
An id here is a published contract, not an implementation detail. Once an id has been rendered on this site it keeps its meaning and it keeps its anchor, because somebody else's footnote depends on it resolving to the same claim it resolved to when they wrote it. Wording is revised, ordering may change, and an entry may be added. The id stays. Every id in every dataset is checked against the page that renders it before a version is published, so retiring one fails the build instead of quietly breaking somebody's reference.

Quote any of it. Three things decide whether a quotation is accurate or misleading.
A figure taken from outside this work is published with the source it came from and the date that source was read, or it is not published. The list of outside sources read for this work currently holds nothing at all, which is the honest state of it: the argument here is structural, and it has not yet needed a borrowed number. Anything quantitative you find on these pages is therefore a property of the model, such as the number of levels or of stages, and not a measurement of the world. Quoting it as market evidence would be quoting it as something it does not claim to be.

If you are quoting the site as evidence that the category is worked out, read those first. They are the places where an honest reader should expect the argument to be weakest, and they are marked so that a reader does not have to find that out unaided.
Most claims here are conditional, and the conditions are the content. A maturity level is assigned per resource class and per process, never to a company, so a company described as being at a level has been described in a way nothing here supports. A system passes the test on the questions it answers, not in general. The definition is a single sentence with six clauses, and a quotation of the first clause without the rest describes something the definition deliberately excludes. Quote the whole sentence, or quote a clause and say which one it is.
An anchor that does not resolve is a defect here and not in the citation, and it is treated as one. Report it the way any other correction is reported, which is described on the about page, with the URL you were pointed at and where you found it.
